Description

Demonstrably lead the technology thought leadership of the practice demonstrate ability to be hands-on and interact at a significant level of detail with technical details as well as with senior technology executives
Provide presales and solutioning leadership across multiple pursuits and execute proof-of-concepts as required
Provide tech leadership and direction across multiple billable engagements
Conduct periodic technical reviews code, architecture, process, effort estimates etc. and provide thought leadership and guidance to the architects and tech leads
Build and manage a team of architects
Monitor and explore new technologies, and continue to keep the team up to speed and current with the latest technology standards
Be fully familiar with reference architectures as applicable to the Insurance industry
Establish internal standards for technology competence across the employee base
Establish and advocate best practices to be adopted across engagements
Write white papers and advocate for Virtusas technical leadership across industry forums
