• Develops a gateway between merchant & user
• Creates queries for database management catering to auditing & reporting teams
• Responsibilities
• Successfully migrated 60+ projects generating reports from SAP to Big Data ecosystem that reduced company expense by millions of dollars
• Designs scripts to perform automated extract, transform & load data operations between data sources when working with large data sets in the range of terabytes or petabytes
• Generates data pipelines with Mongo SQL to move processed data from HDFS to MongoDB for in house UI reporting application
• Implements process improvements through automation & workflow optimization, enabling faster data processing, providing readily accessible, high quality data to customers
• Constructs pipelines and batch projects that process data from the data lake and create reports according to customer requirements
• Develops complex business queries for database management serving auditing & reporting purposes
• Works on multiple ad-hoc requests periodically to enable the business units in decision-making
• Programs customer-focused QA Audit scripts to identify data anomalies, outliers, spikes at each stage of the workflow
