Job Description:
Job profile 40% Business Analysis, 40% QA and 20% Project Management activities
As a BA the candidate will be responsible for Meeting with our business partners to collect the requirements, translating them for the technology team, create BRD and FRD.
As a QA, the candidate will be responsible for writing requirement traceability metrics, test cases and test plans, coordinating Unit testing with developers, performing functional testing in SIT, coordinating UAT.
As part of project management responsibilities, will be assisting the team and maintaining the projects in project and test management tools.
Skill Set:
Excellent written and verbal English.
Experienced with BA and QA activities, knowledge of HP Quality Center.
knowledge of SQL to write simple SQL statements for backend analysis and integration testing.
Familiarity with JIRA ticket process
Having knowledge related end to end topology, technical terms related to Servers, Databases, Networking, Firewall, protocols, etc.
Able to explain the technical specifications and business requirements to development team.
Participating technical calls along with business/CITI teams, understand the scope, drafting the MOM, following up on the technical action items
Preparation of design slides (under application team guidance), technical documentation, process flow documentation, BRD, FRD, Architecture diagram based on process/requirement flow. (Optional)
Industry certificate:
IIBA - Agile Analysis Certification (or)
IIBA - Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (or)
IIBA - Certified Business Analysis Professional
Note: App SME will provide the necessary guidance to understand the domain, application and architecture knowledge during initial phase.
