Description

  • Will be allocated to support various OOB implementations of Salesforce. These may be Sales, Service, Marketing, Tableau CRM, Qui,and or MyTrailhead. Candidate should have experience and working knowledge of 2 or more of these technologies to be successful in this role and be willing to learn new areas fast
  • Should have experience working as a support analyst who receives tickets and issues from the user base and is responsible for investigating and troubleshooting the issue, determining if it is a real issue and routing it to the correct team with recommended solutions where possible and appropriate
  • Will not be responsible for making any fixes but should have a good enough understanding of Salesforce to identify the likely cause of an issue. Based on this I would say they should be a certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong communication skills to work with the end users and the dev teams who make fixes to coordinate and see through until resolution
  • No APEX VFcoding experience required
  • Must be US based on EST or CST. Can be remote
