- Overall 5 to 7 years of a Technical BA experience with hands on experience writing technical user stories and involved in Microservices , Middleware development and Integration projects
- Insurance domain expertise would be an added advantage
- Ability to correspond with the technical architects to identify and document technical requirements in a form of user stories
- Ability to analyze an existing API request / response and update the specification with new technical requirements

Primary responsibility of the candidate would be playing a technical business analyst role
Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
Ability to correspond with the technical architects to identify and document technical requirements in a form of user stories
Ability to analyze an existing API request / response and update the specification with new technical requirements
Ability to drive requirement elicitation and elaboration sessions providing thought leadership and leveraging insurance domain expertise
Should have at least 3 years of experience in Agile/ Scrum based project environment
Overall 5 to 7 years of Busines Analyst experience
Prior experience in working on API mod to ernization / middleware integration
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
Develops relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Manages client expectations effectively.
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Leads internal teams as necessary
