UX Designer

Job Description:

UX Design. Workshops, research, user interviews, personas, user journey mapping, wireframes, interaction design, usability testing, a/b testing

•Prototyping. Low and high-fidelity prototypes.

•UI Design. User-centereddesign, accessibility, mock-up, responsive design, smart components, typography

•Product Planning. Creating a product or a feature from an idea through brainstorms and collaboration, using agile methodology

•Creative Directing. Creating visual layouts, graphic design, define interactions and communication, support the product development

•Design Leadership. Leading the design and concept forward the work assigned

•Design Systems. Atomic design approach, gathering requirements, documentation, design libraries for various tools

•Collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions aligned to initiatives and goals

•Expert at visual design, interface design, navigation design, information design, interaction design, information architecture and content design

•Ability to make ideas and interactions more useful, easy to use and visually appealing to better meet customer needs.

•Create quality mock-ups, icons & other assets needed to effectively communicate UI design ideas

•Responsible for evolving wireframes and prototypes to a higher fidelity and finalised UI design

•Presents UI design deliverables in a timely and professional manner to peers and stakeholders

•Leverages latest digital UI design trends, benchmarks and best practices and apply them appropriately

•Proactively participates in team and project meetings to share useful ideas and inputs

•Works with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager and squad developers to accurately define and prioritise UI design requirements

•Assimilates user research, usability testing & briefs needs

•Works closely with developers and UX designers to accurately bring to life business needs & UX ideas

•Supports effort and complexity estimation.
