Experiences in CI / CD tools like Kubernetes, Docker etc.
Demonstrate technical leadership & coach good development practices in a team of engineers
Demonstrate experience in building quality software
Sets direction of travel for large scale enterprise applications & digital transformation
Can demonstrate their contribution through their personal github repository
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Can author design and technical white papers as appropriate
Further, the candidate should possess:
Proven track record of taking an idea from inception to delivery
Practical "work smart" mind-set geared to effectively and efficiently solving problems
Highly developed communication and partnership skills - attention to detail in written format and articulation in verbal format
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate junctures
Commercially focused and entrepreneurial spirit
Quick learner with strong attention to detail, strong work ethic
