Should have Telco domain knowledge and good understanding of UML diagrams
Have to collaborate with various stakeholders cross functional teams to identify component and interface impacts
Should have Telco BSS design expertise and be able to work on fulfilment and assurance areas.

Must be good at communicating and presenting ideas views and have to speak confidently.
Assertive and responsive in handling external teams and clientele.
Should be entrepreneurial in owning things and progress work independently
