  • Experience & proven track record selling & delivering solutions with in Hi Tech Clients
  • Experience & proven track record in structuring and selling complex Outsourcing deals in a global delivery model
  • Experience in selling and working comfortably with C-Level executives
  • Must be self-driven and have a high energy level
  • Understanding of the sales process & management thereof using Salesforce. com or similar tool.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial mindset. Must have the ability to position and win against Tier-1 firms
  • S/he must have Outsourcing services and/or offshore services sales
  • S/he should have deep industry experience in Banking & financial services would be a plus
  • Experience with complex sales, proven track record in the last 1 years
  • Strong Rolodex in the industry

  • Leverages the channel and/or third-party capability to position the overall value of the Virtusa solution
