Summary:

Virtusa has an opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic digital campaigns on Virtusa's external website. This team member will implement inbound web marketing strategies using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe target to enhance the customer journey and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the AEM and Target platforms. a history of success executing website lead generating campaigns for B2B prospects, project management skills, and experience tracking/reporting on performance. Candidate should be well versed in using industry standard tools and best practices, as well as have a passion for learning about and implementing the latest trends in digital marketing.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and agencies/vendors to implement digital programs on time and to spec
  • Responsible for owning the execution of Target campaigns on Virtusa. com on an ongoing basis, including:
    • Support and consult on the configuration and planning of the web marketing campaigns, strategies, and tactics
    • Assist in developing and supporting journey-based personalization strategies
    • Facilitate the implementation of digital programs that convert prospects into leads and accelerates them through a complex multichannel B2B buying process directed by campaign teams
  • Support the continuous improvement of web marketing processes, techniques, and best practices to generate high-quality leads and elevate the Virtusa brand
  • Ensure tracking is in place on results including ROI, traffic, engagement, conversions, lead quality
  • Support ongoing growth of web marketing capabilities and champion innovation
  • Aide in enforcing website guidelines and best practices

Qualification Requirements:

  • 3 years hands-on Digital Campaign initiatives including omni-channel campaigns

  • 5 years experience in Digital Marketing

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics & Launch
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager & Target
  • Basic experience with multi-channel PPC Campaigns
  • Solid understanding of lead journey and marketing funnel
  • Basic understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS, JS)
  • Takes initiative to meet challenges with innovative solutions. Has the flexibility to adapt to challenging and changing situations
  • Excellent English verbal communication and presentation skills.
