Description
T3 _L2 Application Support Resources required:
3 to 5 years of IT experience with DevOps support engineer
Technical Skills_ MUST _ Programming Knowledge on Solace MQ , OpenShift, Kubernetes, Dockers, Ansible, Jenkins, Unix Commands, Unix Shell Scripting, Python scripting
Tools Knowledge_ any Ticketing Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA etc
2 shifts, weekend/holiday support
Excellent communication skillsTools:, Service Now, uDeploy
Domain Knowledge: Banking _Investment Banking
Role Description: The Engineer would be responsible for the following activities:
IAC (Infrastructure As Code)
Promote IAC (infrastructure as Code) to Development / Production Support and help them adopt this technology
Provide on-boarding Support working with Dev_Ops engineering team, for a successful provisioning of IAC in all Prod and Non_Prod environment
Provide extended support to engineering once the team matures to take part in engineering activities
Provide Training / Training materials wherever necessary
AxLane Framework Adoption :
Promote AxLane framework across ICG for successful adoption
Provide on-boarding Support working with Dev-Ops Engineering team for a successful provisioning of AxLane /Integration with LightSpeed / TeamCity/Jenkins/ Tekton in all PROD and NON_PROD environments
Provide Training / Training materials wherever necessary
Must Have:
2 to 3 years of experience in Python Scripting
2 to 3 years of experience in Ansible Automation for deployment
Good handle on REST API, JIRA, Service Now using Python
Shell Scripting knowledge
Good knowledge of LINUX & Windows environment
Ability to setup end to end CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity/Jenkins
Ability to integrate quality assurance tools like SonarQube/Selenium as part of CI/CD
Must have good communication and documentation skills.
Middleware Application management
Good to have:
Familiarity with Couchbase or NOSQL database or any other distributed high_performance systems.
Good to have experience in configuring Couchbase cluster, nodes, balancing cluster, certs.
Having experience with MQ/SOLACE/KAFKA /WEBSPHERE setup
Tools: ITRS, Autosys, Service Now, uDeploy
Domain Knowledge: Banking - Investment Banking or any banking domain knowledge
