Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
Coordination and tracking of the tasks,
Scrum Master
Resource / capacity planning, sprint grooming, planning
Risk and Issue management,
Delivery updates and governance
DAO Project Managers plan, mobilise and drive projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure.
They are responsible for the end to end planning and delivery of projects with multiple workstreams proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, RAIDs, teams, outcomes and benefits.
