Ability to carry out usability tests with customers and Analyse the usability of what is being built. For this, one needs to be able to create test plans, recruit customers, and carry out both moderated and unmoderated tests and then Analyse the results. Good communicated is essential for running moderated tests
Ability engage with the client over user experiences and work with the client and designers to create designs and flows
Ability to meet strict deadlines and track work while being transparent of it with the team.
Responsibilities
Engage with the client and leadership, carrying out interviews and workshops
Creating service blueprints from interviews and research work
Analyzing current processes and experiences
Carrying out usability testing with customers
Guiding the designers and teams on good usability principles
Ability to understand clients needs, the customers needs along with principles of usability to propose design flows and advise on the same
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
