Role: Salesforce Competency Lead (Sales Cloud)

Job Description:

  • Define skill development plans for consultants in Sales Cloud competency; nominate and manage specialists and skill sets related to specializations
  • Contribute to proposal development in Sales Cloud and CPQ areas.
  • Provide directions and solutions for delivery code red, complex architecture development
  • Develop Business Case, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs
  • Participate in customer interactions and deliver executive-level presentations deriving actions/ decisions
  • Bring thought leadership and ensure visibility and brand building through competence development programs and participation in partner led and other events.
  • Analyze market trends, conceptualize assets and accelerators to get an edge over competitors
  • Ensure that Specializations and Certifications are acquired in order to maintain and advance partnership levels and capabilities

Qualification

Qualifications

  • 12 - 15 years of Total Experience in CRM solutions with 8+ years in Salesforce.
  • Well experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Experience in SOQL, SOSL Queries, Developer Console, Eclipse Force.com IDE/Maven IDE, Reading SFDC platform logs, Lightening, Apex Class, VisualForce Process Builder, Triggers, Omni Studio development.
  • Minimum of 8x Certifications in Salesforce
  • Strong experience with community building initiatives
  • Well experienced in proposal development
  • Have excellent senior client stakeholder communication skills, structured, strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven Leadership and Team management skills to achieve organizational goals
