Liaise between business and technology team in order to create the minor development document, project scope document.
Work very closely with Application manager and record all enhancements in minor development document
BA is responsible to create Jira user stories, task and sub task for ongoing release and close respective Jira task for the old release

Work with development teams to ensure user testing of solutions are correctly planned and executed
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Work with multiple teams to complete project business cases and contribute to the design and delivery of pragmatic business and technical solutions to meet business requirements.
BA is also responsible to coordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and works with various business unit staff to ensure project dependencies are identified and communicated.
Conduct business readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure business is prepared for upcoming technology changes
Works under minimal supervision and may assist less experienced peers to identify in retail banking and evaluate fundamental issues on the project.
Ensures all project deliverables are met and project artifacts are uploaded into portfolio tracking system
