Description
Define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities in alignment with the companys strategic goals
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team ensuring theres a clear understanding of what features are needed in the product.
Prioritize and refine the product backlog ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provide backlog management iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with the Scrum team throughout the product development process attending Scrum meetings and providing feedback
Keep abreast with Agile Scrum best practices and new trends
Deliver product demos presentations and participate in stakeholder meetings
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product decisions
Measure product performance and use data to drive key decisions

Proven work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
Familiarity with agile processes and principles and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong leadership communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
