P1-C3-TSTS-ITSM Analyst role
The candidate will be responsible for delivery of:
Hardware and Software End of Life Triage Identify hardware or software package instances, and mapping these against Technology Asset Inventory (TAI) system ownership or confirmed Sub-Asset Type categories within our CMDB (Service Now).Collaborating with the TAI owners to validate the hardware which the software is installed. Resolve rejections of hardware or software TAI ownership, or rejections of End-of-Life dates. Resolve 3rd party vendor dates which appear incorrect for mapped hardware or software. Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings. Work with executives and other business leaders across all regions to identify opportunities for improvement.?Periodic Management Reporting on the progress to key global stakeholders.?Education & Awareness as needed about hardware or software end of life attributes.Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree.Level 4
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel including building Macros; ability to draft concise and impactful PowerPoint decks (with appropriate level of detail for a given audience), ability to extract, aggregate, and report on data in Excel.Familiar with hardware or software manufacturer, product and versionsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Strong Client (Internal) Management and Stakeholder Management Skills.Strong Data Analytical skills with ability to digest requirements, share feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.Ability to set and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to details with ability to identify data trends and patterns.Strong sense of ownership and accountability should be able to act independently.Ability to work as part of a multi-region distributed team.Individual must be able to multi-task effectively.Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
DESIRED SKILLS:Knowledge of ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerBI and JIRA for tracking and reporting on team activities.
