Description:
Seeking a creative, talented and knowledgeable UX designer capable of producing stunning, user-centric
web/mobile & Responsive interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Conduct User Research, User Interview, and work toward ideation creation
Create low fidelity wireframes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to
wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming.
Making sure all the outputs are based on User Centric Design approach.
Able to explain design philosophy verbally and in writing and Follow the Brand standards
Capable of gauging technical feasibility along with prototype.
Conduct Usability Testing
Desired Skills & Experience
Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the UX Design Process.
Able to create Wireframes using wireframing tools.
Design Tools: Must know Axure and Figma.
Desired Experience
A minimum of 8+ years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile and
Responsive designer.
Must have Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those
boundaries.
Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
Formal education in interaction design (Bachelors/Masters/Diploma) is a definite plus.
Good understanding of Agile and working in Scrums
