Skill: Technical Lead- Site Core

Key responsibility:
1.7+ years of Sitecore experience
2. Subject matter expert on out of the box solutions offered by Digital platforms mainly in Digital Marketing, Digital Asset Management, EXM, Analytics etc.
3.Extensive experience with Sitecore and experience with Sitecore 9+ including custom development versus out-of-the-box configuration. Experience with Sitecore 10+ preferred.
4. Fluent in full stack programming languages and tools ( Helix, Azure PaaS, C#, HTML), but are also not afraid to experiment with new tech.
5. Extensive knowledge in ASP. Net MVC.
6. Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in Front end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap. Experience with Sitecore headless development and SPA application.
7. Knowledge of building custom solution using Sitecore CMS, DMS, Workflow, Service Integration, Social service integration, Personalization, SEO, multi-site, multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environment.
8. Experience designing and building business and data layers and functional libraries.
9. Experience in SOLR, Sitecore Analytics.
10. Experience with creating and consuming rest based services and graph QL
11. Understanding of object-oriented design and development
12. Knowledge of agile principles / scrum ceremonies
13. Knowledge of ALM tools (Devops, Azure, Git, etc.)
14. Working closely with our project managers, business analysts, QA teams and solution architects to own and deliver high quality and high performing technical solution on time and on budget to our clients
15. Working with the Solution Architect and technical leads to define detailed specifications for the technical solution
16. Setup the project development environment at the commencement of the project
17. Enforce development best practices within the team
18. Code reviews with the development team
19. Prepare and execute demos and training sessions on the technical solution
20. Write technical documentation for the delivered solution
21. Provide effort estimates on work packages
22. Advise on the technical solution, while owning the implementation
23. Well versed with the deployment tool chain and pipelines.
24. Ensure team follows processes, code quality gates and standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/MBA or related
- . Sitecore 9/10+ Certified preferred.
- 10 years of experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong conceptual and creative problem - solving skills; ability to work with considerable ambiguity; ability to learn new and complex concepts quickly
- A great communicator, strong project management skills, and superb attention to details
