Skill: Datastage Developer
Role: T3, T2

As a DataStage (ETL) Developer, you will play a multi-faceted role designing and developing batch/ETL interfaces using IBM's ETL tool DataStage. Critical responsibilities will include:
- Perform DataStage development tasks for moving data.
- Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain and debug software applications in support of client goals.
- Responsible for development as the subject matter expert and technical lead working within team or communicating with other stakeholders supporting code reviews, as well as and technical design and documentation.
- Provide feedback and technical guidance to project managers on issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives.
- Develop test cases for each and provide support to the QA team while coordinating various phases of testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Must have 10 + years of strong development experience with DataStage.
- MUST have strong data warehousing concepts.
- Good in UNIX.
- 3 + Years of DataStage 8.7 or higher.
- 4 + Years of DataStage Parallel Job Design.
- 7 + Years of writing complex SQL, PL/SQL queries around Data Analysis, Data Lineage and Reconciliation.
- 5 + Years of creating Data Lineage documents, Source to Target (STM) Mapping documents and Low Level Technical Specification Documents.
- 4 + Years of design and implementation of ETL framework for complex warehouses/data marts.
- Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
