Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to work under the guidance of a Lead ServiceNow Engineer. The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of role and persona management. You will contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, focusing on building scalable and reliable solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions under the direction of the Lead ServiceNow Engineer.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SecOps, to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform role analysis and persona management tasks, including role validation, gap analysis, and mapping roles to personas.
Assist in the creation, maintenance, and governance of personas, including assigning/removing users to/from personas.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing updates on development progress and potential challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow customizations, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Workflows.
Strong knowledge of role and persona management within ServiceNow.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, particularly using Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (good to have but not mandatory).
Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
