Job Title: QA Engineer - ServiceNow
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in testing ServiceNow solutions and experience in test automation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development team to ensure quality standards are met for role and persona management initiatives within the NT environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow implementations, including role and persona management features.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on testing ServiceNow solutions.
Strong experience in test automation, using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow testing, including ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, or SecOps modules.
Proven ability to design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, particularly using Scrum methodologies.
Strong understanding of role and persona management concepts within IT environments.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (good to have but not mandatory).
