The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical skills, a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow modules.
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow-specific scripting languages.
Understanding of ServiceNow platform features, including workflows, forms, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Basic knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
