we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include system administration, scripting, integration, CMDB management, and application development.

Responsibilities
ServiceNow Administration:
Manage and configure ServiceNow instances, including user access, roles, and permissions.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and customize ServiceNow modules.
Scripting:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript, Jelly, etc.) for customizations and automation.
Create business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to improve user experience.
Integration:
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., LDAP, APIs, databases).
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow.
CMDB Management:
Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by defining and managing configuration items (CIs).
Ensure data accuracy, relationships, and dependencies within the CMDB.
Application Development:
Customize and extend ServiceNow applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Collaborate with developers to create new modules and enhance existing ones.
Qualifications

Experience:
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Familiarity with CMDB concepts and best practices.
Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Application Developer, Implementation Specialist).
