Job Description:
- Good Understanding of requirements such as project finance, and quality framework.
- Good understanding of project management lifecycle.
- Depth knowledge of JIRA and JIRA dashboard creation to facilitate PM.
- Independently able to educate project team for project lifecycle, quality framework, and JIRA.
- Independently able to help project manager to create project/BCM/risk/issue/dependency.
- Capability to review all projects artifacts generated during project execution to ensure quality expectations were met.
- Supports in planning, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a project to meet the citi quality framework.
- Facilitation during the project plan creation to PM and track closely for any abnormalities.
- Ensure quality management techniques are well implemented/followed.
- Collaborates with project manager on any project delays, risk assessment and risk mitigation plans.
- Understanding of project and program financing budget distribution and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Vender SOW management and SLAs
- Proper understanding of financial governance targets tracking and monitoring
- Prepare and maintain the budget and expense monitoring framework.
- Prepare and maintain risk, control, and governance framework.
- Hands on experience on project management tool will be an added advantage.
- Collaborates with PM to help for Post project closure activities, lessons learned and conduct continuous process improvement reviews (if needed)
- Ensure projects are not getting reported under any exceptions report published.
- Work with all PM across region and implement the best standards or new mandate received across teams.
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills, team orientation, and ability to work with counterparts in different areas of organization and locations.
- Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently.
- Highly detail-oriented in regard to documentation with a control mindset.
- Keen analytical skills to synthesize, validate and analyse data and metrics.
- Capacity to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy are essential while working against demanding deadlines.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 4 /5 years in a professional project/quality management role
