Role : Pega LSA (Client Facing)
Overall 13 to 15 years of experience Senior Pega Architect with at least 10+ years of experience in Pega application development.
Client facing experience is must.
Should be able to architect and design Pega applications. Should be able to lead technical teams and resolve technical issues. (From 7.x to 8.x and CS Framework)
Have knowledge and experience working in Pega applications. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (required v7 or above)
Good Knowledge in Upgrade estimations. Possess strong PRPC knowledge and should be guiding all the team members technically.
Good knowledge of PRPC integration capabilities and able to use integration wizards. (Knowledge in Pega CTI integration is a plus point)
Experience in various rules and features like case type, Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, SingleSignOn, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ),Connectors and SOAP Services etc.
Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets, Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running preflight and PAL.
Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture design coding Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Good understanding in debugging issues that may occur after the upgrade. Good knowledge in Pega Admin tasks. (Configure App Server(WebSphere), Installing Pega in a new environment, Scripting,DB Side Modifications) Performance tuning and optimization of PRPC implementations.
Experience in Web technologies including Servlets, JSP, and XML. Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle. Should be proficient in SQL commands.
Experience in client side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS Having insurance domain knowledge is proffered.
Managing the integration requirements across different systems
Working closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phase
Guiding the team through the implementation from design to deployment of a solution
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Experience in using Agile Project Management Tools, specifically Rally
Ability to work independently taking ownership and accountability.
Leadership and management experience.
Should be able to work under pressure, long hours when required.
Core working hours will overlap with EST morning. (1pm IST to 11pm EST)
