Job Description
Responsible for designing and developing complex requirements in Pega application to accomplish business goals.
Perform triage and resolve escalated production incidents and application monitoring,
Ensures software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset.
Has strong analytical skills for troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns.
Excellent communication skills
Involve in the architectural design and suggest improvements of the application
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and corporate standards
Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Good team player; able to work with virtual teams across geographies
Technical leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Skills / Experience
Minimum 5 + years of Pega hands on experience (Do NOT consider overall IT exp for this role)
CSSA certified
Good knowledge in RDBMS concepts and SQL
A working knowledge of PEGA 8+
Experience in Pega Constellation Development (Preferred).
Pega ready badge for Constellation.
