Job Description:

Delivery Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the offshore
expansion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Global Talent Acquisition and Team Building: Manage the hiring process based on
project demands, leveraging knowledge of global talent markets to assemble high performance
teams. Work with various support functions to efficiently run the
fulfillments.
• Project Transition Management: Oversee the seamless transition of application
development and infrastructure projects to offshore locations, ensuring continuity and
minimizing disruption.
• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices and methodologies to ensure
newly formed teams quickly reach high levels of productivity and performance.
• Stakeholder Communication and Status Reporting: Maintain open and effective
communication with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing
any concerns.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure all migrated projects meet the highest quality
standards and comply with contractual obligations and client stakeholder
expectations.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks associated with the initiatives, projects
executed and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Cultural Integration: Foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration among onsite and
offshore teams, ensuring a smooth integration process and promoting a unified work
environment.

Qualification

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business
Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in the software industry, with significant
experience in leading large-scale offshore initiatives, including software
development, testing, and infrastructure projects execution, talent migration and
project transitions.
• Demonstrated expertise in global hiring, team building, and making teams perform
effectively in a short timeframe.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage complex
application development and infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of
motivating teams and managing stakeholder relationships across diverse cultures.
• Deep understanding of the challenges and best practices associated with
movement of positions from onsite to offshore.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of
delivering results in a fast-paced, global environment.
