• 20+ Years of experience in Data & analytics with the recent 5+ years in AI and advanced analytics solutions
• Lead development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions across industries
• Good understanding of AI/ML capabilities and solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP ecosystems
• Experience in graph dbs, implementing industry use cases / solutions using AI/ML
• Experience in Platforms / tools like Alteryx, Dataiku, Kore.AI
• Experience to partner with executive C level leadership to develop long term strategic direction on advanced analytics
• Continually refine the future vision of the Advanced Analytics GTM offerings and sales in the organization.
• Develop structured team and processes to ensure growth of analytics solutions and order booking.
• Operate as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, MLOps.
• Collaborates with sales leaders to understand their AI/ML needs and lead effective analytics solutions for clients
• Continuously improve technical skills in advanced analytics team through enabling training and development.
• Create POVs on emerging technologies in AI/ML like generative AI, AI Ethics etc.
