Job Title: HRIS Manager (Oracle HCM)

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced partner to manage the day-to-day maintenance of our OracleHRIS system. The ideal partner will provide comprehensive support, ensuring smooth operation and integration of our HRIS with other systems. This role includes creating and running reports, fixing business process issues, managing integrations, assisting in open enrollment, and supporting system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
Report Creation and Management: Develop and run various reports as required by the business.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any business process issues within the OracleHRIS system.
Integration Management: Oversee and manage integrations with other systems such as Active Directory and Benefits.
Open Enrollment Support: Assist in managing and supporting the open enrollment process, with the next occurrence starting in September.
System Upgrade Support: Manage and assist in the upgrade to Redwood, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing OracleHRIS systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.
Ability to create and manage complex reports.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with system upgrades and open enrollment processes.
Ability to work in EST support hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with offshore support models.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
