Role Summary:

Teradata Database Administrator with 3-5 years of experience, flexible with work timings and On-Call Rotation is mandatory. Should possess positive attitude towards learning new technologies and should be open to take up any additional tasks / responsibilities.

JOB SUMMARY

Looking for a Teradata DBA who is highly experienced, detail oriented, and incredibly organized to help support our team and keep our databases up and running smoothly 24/7. Should have decent hands-on, on Administration activities. Also, in depth knowledge on Teradata Tools & Utilities and good exposure on performance tuning. Candidate must have good communication skill.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer, maintain, and implement changes to existing databases to meet Customer requirements.
  • Handling tickets right from Incident Management throughout Change Management using ITSM Tool.
  • Should be able to independently address the issues reported by Customers.
  • Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) activity.
  • Patching & Upgradation support.
  • Performance Tunning

EDUCATION Required

• Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE Required

• 3 – 5 years as Teradata DBA
