• Ability to raise Service Now Change Records and ensure smooth Implementation.

• Hands-on experience on DB Patching and Vulnerability Remediation.

• Experience in DR activities and RAC support.

• Good analytical skills for troubleshooting.

• Manage and maintain backups and recovery procedures.

• Good verbal & written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate existing software systems.

  • Knowledge on L1/L2 Linux/Windows Administration.
