Should have strong hands-on development experience in IBM BPM 7.x/8.x for at least 4 years. Very strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches). Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries. Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM. Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL). Experience with agile scrum methodology. Need to be able to code hands-on in Java. Having IBM BPM configuration skills will be an added advantage. Should have expertise in testing and fixing bugs in development stage. Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer. Should have experience in Production support environment, responding to change request, incidents. Need to be flexible to work in shifts (up to 11:30 pm / 2:30 am) and on-call support during weekends.
