Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced WorkFusion Developer to join our Intelligent Process Automation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain WorkFusion automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a solid background in WorkFusion, RPA development, and integration, with hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows on the WorkFusion platform. Translate business requirements into functional RPA solutions, including bot configuration, scripting, and bot orchestration.
Process Assessment and Improvement: Collaborate with business analysts to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automation solutions. Work closely with QA teams to fix any bugs or issues identified.
Deployment and Maintenance: Manage the deployment of RPA bots in production environments and provide support for post-production issues. Ensure continuity and reliability of bots and address any operational issues promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all automation processes, configurations, and user guides for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and other automation developers, to ensure smooth integration and alignment with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Strong experience with WorkFusion Intelligent Automation Cloud (IAC) and RPA Express
Proficiency in automation scripting (Groovy, Python, Java) and process design
Knowledge of OCR and machine learning capabilities within WorkFusion
Familiarity with other RPA platforms (such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath) is a plus
Business Process Understanding:
Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
Ability to identify automation opportunities and deliver improvements
Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Education and Certification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
WorkFusion certification is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle in RPA
Knowledge of AI/ML integration within automation solutions
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
