Excellent Business Analysis skills- Ability to talk to Stakeholders elaborate requirements document requirements create process maps.

Requires experience in Business and Integration requirement elicitation and documentation
Data Analysis using sql/excel
Data mapping
Create Data Dictionary
Ability to closely work with various stakeholders (Dev testing team partners) to ensure that business requirements are converted to actual solutions
Good Agile experience is mandatory (Azure Devops experience is preferred) and insurance business analyst job involves providing an IT interface to business units and analyzing and defining business requirements.
Group Insurance domain knowledge is preferred. Ready to work in UK timings.
Working very closely with business units and the technical development teams on all projects.
Will engage in client discussions and capture requirements/ specs based on interaction with clients business users.
An insurance business analyst job will also demand the knowledge of various personal and commercial lines of insurance products such as - auto, motor, property engineering home owners liability marine aviation travel extended warranty workers compensation and other miscellaneous general products in the current market and their business processes and compliance rules in various markets
Technical knowledge: (1) Understand API/JSON/microservices (2) Fundamentals of System Integration
Ability to support QA / UAT efforts by executing and validating API requests/responses (example Postman, other API platforms).
