Wintel Administrator with SCCM Expertise
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Wintel Administrator** with hands-on expertise in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)** to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server administration, troubleshooting, and SCCM implementation and management. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Wintel infrastructure, managing patching, and ensuring seamless deployment of applications and updates through SCCM.

Manage and administer Windows Servers (2008/2012/2016/2019) in physical and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
Implement, configure, and manage SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and OS deployment.
Perform regular server health checks, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Windows servers and SCCM infrastructure.
Oversee the management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

Manage Windows server security, including implementing patches, updates, and system hardening.
Perform system performance tuning and resource optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
Monitor and analyze system logs to identify potential issues and take corrective actions.
Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshoot escalated issues related to the Wintel and SCCM environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades. Document processes, procedures, and configuration changes for system infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT security standards.
