Description
Oracle EPM FCCS Migration Lead to oversee the transition from SAP BOFC to Oracle's Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation processes, cloud-based EPM solutions, and change management

Key Responsibilties:
1. Lead the migration project from SAP BOFC to Oracle FCCS
2. Design and implement the new FCCS solution to meet LBG requirements
3. Map existing processes and data structures from SAP BOFC to Oracle FCCS
4. Develop and execute data migration strategies
5. Configure and customize FCCS to align with business needs
6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process
7. Collaborate with finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
8. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the migration

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, particularly FCCS
3. Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and regulatory requirements
4. Exposure with SAP BOFC and migration projects
5. Proficiency in SQL and financial scripting languages
6. Excellent project management and communication skills
7. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and security considerations

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Oracle EPM certification
2. Understanding of Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
3. Knowledge of multiple accounting standards (UK)
4. Experience working in banking and financial institutions
