Job description
AI Agent & Feature Development
Build and maintain backend services for MapXcel Generative AI agent, enabling natural language querying for data understanding lineage, and mapping.
Develop AI powered features for Product Builder, including training material access, commission schedule automation, and LIS tool integration.
Implement persona based productivity tools tailored for roles such as RTEs, Scrum Masters,Product Owners Analysts, and Developers.
Data Mapping, Lineage & QA Integration
Create APIs and tools to visualize and trace data lineage across systems.
Collaborate with QA teams to embed AI into testing workflows, gap analysis, and ESDA resolution.
Support semantic enrichment and pattern recognition in data assets to improve traceability and decision-making.
Full-Stack Development & AI Integration
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support AI/ML model integration and enterprise workflows.
Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React for data exploration, lineage visualization, and productivity tools.
Integrate and fine-tune Claude-based agents and RAG pipelines to enhance contextual relevance and retrieval accuracy.
Work with Technical Analysts to translate legacy logic and metadata into structured formats.
Implement data pipelines for model training, inference, and feedback loops.
Collaboration & Agile Execution
Partner with Product Owners, Analysts, and cross functional teams to deliver roadmap features.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support POCs, onboarding, and technical deep dives.
Documentation & Communication
Document system architecture, APIs, and integration workflows.
Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross functional stakeholders.
Contribute to onboarding materials and technical enablement for new team members
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in software development, preferably in enterprise or data-centric environments.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar backend languages.
Strong experience with React for frontend development.
Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud platforms
Hands-on experience with Claude, RAG frameworks, and AI/ML model integration.
Solid understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and semantic modeling.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving,communication,and collaboration skills.
Ability to work across multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities
