Role: Test Automation Architect
Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation frameworks for end-to-end regression and functional testing activities.
Responsible for creating a Test Automation Strategy in alignment with the overall QA Strategy.
Establish integration of test automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback loops.
Collaborate with Test SMEs and Leads to understand test automation requirements.
Identify the test data needs for the functional test automation activities and coordinate with the TDM lead to fulfill them.
Identify the Automation Test effort needs.
Work with Test Automation / Capability Lead to design Test automation metrics and publish it monthly to the project stakeholders.
Perform test execution and provide detailed daily automation progress reports to stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Test automation engineers and junior team members.
Qualification and Skill level Needs:
Have 5+ years of experience in creating Hybrid Test Automation framework.
Have minimum 15 years of experience in the Test Automation script development using multiple test automation tools / framework. i.e., Selenium, Protractor, UFT, Robot Framework etc.
Preferred to have an end-to-end insurance products workflow knowledge.
Excellent communication, logical and analytical skills.
