We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Engineer to join our Commercial Digital Banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting web applications, and will lead a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and support web applications for the Commercial Digital business segment.
Lead and collaborate with developers, analyst, architects and PO in an Agile environment, working in 2-week sprints.
Review and design technical components and features.
Analyze and review epics, features, and user stories.
Conduct code reviews and integration testing.
Utilize DevOps for environment setup, automated builds, continuous deployment, and testing.
Independently perform technical assignments and work effectively in large team settings.
Lead production releases and debug issues found during testing.
Work collaboratively with other Scrum teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

Qualifications:
10+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years of experience with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, ReactJS, Redux).
5+ years of experience with code repositories (Git/GitHub).
3+ years of experience as leading a team of developers.
3+ years of experience with unit testing framework like Jest, Enzyme, Mocha or equivalent.
3+ years of experience developing application interfaces (APIs) with Java or similar object-oriented languages.
3+ years of Java development experience, including the Spring Boot Framework, Eclipse, Maven/Gradle.
3+ year of experience with DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
