Atleast 12-15 years of experience in Project and Personnel Management especially in Production Support projects
Complete command of the Product Support and Application Support Domain on a strategic level Opportunities for Improvement, Strategy, Projects & Initiatives etc
Familiarity with ITIL processes ITIL Certifications good to have
Banking Experience required , especially in Production Support ( Investment Banking , Retail Banking good to have)
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
Experience in Prioritizing issues raised and resolve it accordingly to Client satisfaction
Advanced knowledge of Value Stream Mapping process and ability to manage multiple teams on ground
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
