Develop and maintain consistent documentation practices and standards
Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies

Oversee and provide technical direction and leadership for a team of DB developers
Self-starter, able to work independently and as member of an agile team

Ensure end to end Delivery with Quality assurance
Actively participate with technical delivery teams and contribute to code reviews, architecture reviews, , design discussions and Owning TDD
