  • Lead and manage the data processing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
    8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions w.r.t designing, developing, and implementing business applications on AWS based solutions
    Solid knowledge of Java/Open Source and Cloud Native Application development, including hands-on software solutions, design, development with expertise on programming languages Java Spark, Data Pipeline (DPL) and Public Cloud (AWS) based on clean architecture patterns, involving complex business domains, either relational or non-relational persistent storage.
    One or more of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Python
    Strong Database skills around RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, MongoDB
    Exposure to ETL Tools along with Oracle Database, SSIS Packages, Data Modeling, Data warehouse, Data Migration, Cloud etc.
    Creating secure and high-quality production code along with Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications.
    Analyzing and synthesizing data sets to improve software applications and systems.
    Experience on build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow,
    Exposure to SSIS Packages and Oracle DB along with Ctrl M jobs.
    Team management skills with strong communications skills too.
    Ability to mentor team members to improve their understanding of good software design practice and implementation strategy (CICD, test automation etc.).
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience.
    Ability to communicate sophisticated technology concepts to non-technical audiences.
    Ability to build consensus and align teams on strategic architectural direction and At least 57 years of experience in Javaspark Should have experience in development deployment and publishing the code Added advantage if have experience on Migration projects Added advantage if have experience on AWS environment Value added with GIT CICD pipelines experience technical decisions.
    Solid understanding of and ability to communicate objectives and benefits of modern architectural standards, patterns, and practices.
