Description

As a Delivery Excellence Coach, you would be working closely with our Software Development engagement teams, to drive better customer experience through coaching, enabling fact based decision making and reporting of delivery engagements through improvements that bring in repeatability, consistency, visibility, predictability and innovation. Agile, being the primary way we deliver projects, you need to be well versed on agile practices for you to be able to coach and mentor teams on agile adoption and implementation.

Experience:

·10+ years of experience in IT.

·Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Software Development with exposure to IT Project Management / Software Engineering / QA or Business Analysis

Qualifications:

·Certified SCRUM Master, Lean Six Sigma, CMMI Associate, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and/ or Any Continuous Improvement Certifications

·PMP/ Prince2, MBA or MSc will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

· Establishing Governance Model for IT projects, and supporting the projects to tailor the standard processes to suit the project scope and engagement model.

· Facilitating projects (Development, Maintenance, Application Support, Agile and Testing Projects) on following software engineering best practices based on Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Agile, RUP etc.

· Coaching Agile teams

· Influencing teams with practices that improves performance

· Ability to understand risks and work with projects to proactively mitigate them.

· Ability to work with leadership to change and adjust organizational design to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise environment

· Understand and drive automation points in the projects to be able to drive automation to the maximum possible.

· Conduct trainings on relevant topics

· Implementing Process Performance Models (Prediction Models based on Statistical Analysis) for projects to forecast the project performance thereby pre-empt risks and improve quality and process.

Soft Skills:

·Strong leadership skills

·Self-driven, Self-organizing and Result Driven

·Excellent planning and organizing skills

·Aptitude for learning and innovation

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
