Requirement for Senior Consultant - Business Continuity

Will be part of the Virtusa Business Continuity Management Team and will be responsible for the following areas,

· Assist in enhancing and improving the Business Continuity Policies, Procedures and Framework

· Coordinate with cross functional teams to effectively implement and improve the Business Continuity Management processes for assigned accounts, shared service functions and locations

· Work with IT teams to implement and enhance Disaster Recovery Plans

· Perform Risk Assessments and Audits in relation with Business Continuity

· Report to management on the location / account Business Continuity Preparedness and other compliance metrics

· Monitor, Manage and track to closure potential incidents that can impact business operations

The ideal candidate should possess the following skillset and experience,

· Very good communication skills with the ability to interact and coordinate with senior internal and external stakeholders

· Prior experience in implementing Business Continuity, preferably with exposure to the ISO22301 standard

· Ability to perform independent reviews and assessments against client, statutory, regulatory, industry and organizational control requirements

· Ability to work effectively with a team, yet function well with independent responsibilities.
