We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Commercial Digital Banking team. The successful candidate will take an active role throughout the design and build phase by translating product features into user stories and working with the Scrum team to prioritize the work from Sprint to Sprint.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business issues, recommend solutions, and work with business users and refine product features for the Scrum team.
Collaborate with Product Managers, and Product Owners to identify impacted teams.
Facilitate review and estimation sessions for Product Backlog Items (PBIs) with the scrum team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Create Use Cases and User Stories to guide development efforts, ensuring successful implementation with the development and product teams.
Identify opportunities to improve product reliability and work with IT and Product partners to implement solutions.
Assist team members as needed and support weekend releases, implementation, and validation activities.
Work collaboratively with other Scrum teams.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business analysis for product and/or software development.
3+ years of experience in the financial industry.
Experience in an iterative/Agile environment for frontend and API development.
Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) for maintaining User Stories and documentation.
Have a strong understanding of Salesforce, and document storage systems like BOX.com/FileNet.
