Role for BA.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting Client teams in IT Data projects Virtusa engagement leads to scope out projects with R D stakeholders in the any of the roles of Product Owner Proxy Product Owner Functional Business Analyst
Stakeholder analysis
Developing and executing on business analysis plans to drive success of data IT exploration and access projects
End to end requirements engineering for Applications data Products including planning and running requirements analysis activities e g interviews workshops analyzing user requirements and requirements documentation
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
Elicit document, and analyze business requirements processes, and workflows
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
Create detailed documentation including business requirements process flows use cases and user stories in JIRA Confluence and other tools based on Agile Waterfall SDLC methods
Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Assist in project planning estimation and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan
Review OQ PQ UAT scripts
Informal testing support in formal testing
Product support during hyper care and issue triage



Education skills and experience required
Have a minimum of seven years as a business analyst with a track record of successful business change project work
Knowledge of applications needed: R&D DiscoveryELN suites Perkin Elmer Waters etc LIMS suite LabwareLabVantage etc R and D Valut platforms any CTMS, EDC Regulatory etc
Hold a degree or equivalent in a scientific technical or engineering discipline
Strong requirements gathering technique with cross functional stakeholders.
Ability to structure and generate robust and testable requirements.
Stakeholder analysis and management capabilities
Hold an industry recognised qualification in business analysis BCS or IIBA
Understanding of CDISC SDTM data standards is mandatory
Knowledge of regulations GCP GxP, 21CFRPart11 is mandatory
Knowledge of GDPR is an advantage
Experience of working on Clinical Data hands on study data is an advantage
Experience from Pharma industry is significant advantage
