Responsibility:
Business analyst experience performing requirements gathering, elaboration, story creation, acceptance validation etc.
Experience in Banking and Financial sector domain. corporate banking experience is preferred
Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira or equivalent
Strong experience in conduct working sessions to conclude and collect requirements
Process/ Sequence diagramming
Experience on analysis of API requests and response . Experience in using SOAP, REST services
Experience managing requirements in an agile format from discovery through to delivery in an ongoing successful/ sustainable model
Good to Have -
Diverse group facilitation: Should be able to drive consensus around variety of Virtusa and Client business or technical SMEs
Definition, importance, and role ownership of Ceremonies including Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo and Retrospective
