Product Owner
Work independently as BSA on scrum team in our Digital Teams, partner with other Digital BSAs, or under direction of the Product Owner on projects of various size and complexity.
Must have experience of writing requirements for a customer facing front-end applications (Web and/or Mobile App).
Review Epics/Features for scope and KPIs, Wireframes, Mockups, Content Matrix to understand the project scope.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Scrum Master, Product Owners, and Dev/QA Leads for high level estimations and formulate delivery dates.
Collaborate with Product, Technology and UX teams to elicit/and document project requirements in the form of user stories with clear and unambiguous Acceptance Criteria using Gherkin format.
Collaborate with PO, UX, Legal, Risk, Compliance team members to elicit/document, clarify and prioritize requirements.
Work with Digital Data and Analytics team to facilitate requirements/wireframes walkthrough and gather Audit and Web Analytics requirements.
During the delivery lifecycle (dev sprints), support the development team by providing requirements clarification, issue resolution, and process improvements to ensure the delivered product is functioning accurately and within the defined business objectives.
Analyze data in existing business systems, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement, and provide subject matter expertise and validation support.
Work with the SRE team by analyzing production issues, defining requirements for the possible fix and helping get it prioritized for development.
Attend team scrum activities such as Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Amigo Review, Sprint Review, Retrospectives.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet delivery deadlines.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in business and IT requirements analysis preferably in a financial industry
Strong experience in creating detailed documentation (user stories) and requirements management using Azure Dev Ops, Jira or similar tools.
Must have previous experience facilitating meetings/discussion groups related to requirements definition/gathering and issue resolution.
Excellent analytical skills with knowledge of front-end web application and/or Mobile App development and IT architecture.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, leadership, time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum preferred.
Proficient in enterprise applications such as MS-Office, ADO/Jira, Visio, Mural or other requirements management tools.
