Business Analyst – Retail Banking
The Business Analyst in the Customer Journey Squad will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience by analysing business needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital solutions. This role requires an in-depth understanding of customer interactions, banking processes, and system integrations to drive innovation and efficiency in customer onboarding, servicing, and retention. BA in the digital journey squad, will be liaising with people taking decisions about a process and the people developing it. The BA will gather the customer needs, define and order the Product Backlog, plan how to realize the Backlog together with the team, and decide when the product increments can be released to the customers. The BA will work closely with the digital journey lead and support him with his day-to-day operations
